REI Engineers via an ongoing relationship with Berkeley County, SC was asked to provide a roof assessment, roof replacement design, contract documents + administration, for the replacement of the existing 25-year-old modified bitumen roof system, replacement of a failed TPO membrane, and repair + coating of a standing seam metal roof on the Berkeley County Detention Center. The Detention Center had been experiencing on-going leaks into numerous locations of the facility.
