REI was hired to provide Building Envelope Commissioning (BECx) on campus for Hanson, Inc., who was commissioning the MEP systems for this new building on WTCC’s new RTP campus.

This 3-story facility, with a partial lower tower serving the main mechanical and electrical rooms, along with facilities’ storage and office space. This project featured: aluminum curtainwall, structural silicone glazed joint aluminum curtainwall, + SRI type roofing membrane.
