REI was hired by Gilbane Building Company to provide design review services during the design phase to confirm that the building envelope design met the Owner’s project requirements and the basis of design, as well as to verify functionality, constructibility and that all materials specified were compatible.

During the construction phase, REI provided submittal review services, attended pre-construction meetings for the roofing and exterior wall/window work, and conducted site visits to confirm that the materials were being installed as specified and per the manufacturer’s requirements.
