Our team took digital photographs to highlight areas of concern + illustrate discrepancies due to age, application, design or material performance. Each roof sector was rated, using a scale of new, good, fair or poor + input into a spreadsheet developed by the client as well as recommendations for immediate (emergency) and long-term repairs with estimated construction costs.
