FORENSIC ANALYSIS

REI Engineers and Construction Science & Engineering (a REI company) provides a forensic analysis of a building’s performance. A compromise of structural integrity could have occurred as early as the initial construction due to construction-related deficiencies or later in the life-cycle from environmental conditions or improper maintenance of the building enclosure. It’s our job to determine the cause of damage, determine the extent of the damage, determine necessary repairs, and determine who is responsible for loss or damage. Our goal is to provide definitive determinations on the problem and the best path forward for remedy.

Simply said, we are determined to determine the damages.
